The New Learning Project is an Authorized Provider (AP) of American Red Cross courses.    Marcos has trained upwards of 1500 professional and lay rescuers over the 25 years he has been teaching.  His enthusiasm for teaching and learning serves to bring a refreshing experience to each class he teaches
